GENRAL THEORY AND EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this equipment is to break in and cycle the pipettes in a non destructive enviroment after they have been repaired or remanufactured prior to putting them into production. This helps reduce production downtime related to pipette failures. The internal rulon seals are much like the piston rings in your car engine. They need to be properly seated against the inner bore of the pipette tube before maximum performance is achieved. Users of this equipment have added 100,000 plus cycles to a pipette lifespan.

The standard configuration is 3 counters with 3 manifolds that operate independently of each other. You can run one pipette or 30 pipettes at once.
